Las imágenes plantean una serie de escenarios virtuales en cuanto construcciones simbólicas sujetas a una interpretación por su naturaleza escenográfica y futurista alusiva a una determinada ciencia ficción cinematográfica y literaria (La Jetée, THX 1138, Solaris, Alphaville…. ) centrada en el “extrañamiento” ante lo distinto, la incapacidad humana para entender al otro, su necesidad de reflejar lo alienígena tanto en primera persona como en cuanto a concepto abstracto y la creación de espacios míticos donde las acciones y el tiempo parecen responder a peculiares leyes no escritas.
These images propose a series of scenarios regarding symbolic constructions not purely illustrative but subject to an interpretation, in terms of its futuristic and theatrical nature allusive of a type of cinematographic and literary science fiction (La Jetée, THX 1138, Solaris, Alphaville…).
Focused on an estrangement before the dissimilar, the need of a representation of the alien from a singular perspective but also as an abstraction, and the creation of Mythical spaces where actions and time seem to respond to peculiar unwritten laws.
